We make wine for each piece of land and select each bunch of grapes in the wineyard, taking care to bring in only healthy and mature grapes. This let us to have a number of different facets for the same wine grape variety. In the winery we work with all the different kind of tanks (conical trunk, cement, wood), in a way that it is completely natural.



we are bringing back in the winery all the woods of Friuli’s tradition (mulberry, cherry tree, acacia, chestnut) in order to fully enhance the territoriality of the wines.
